Shipping policy

Filippo Ferratti uses 3rd party shipping companies for all order deliveries.

All deliveries are via a White-Glove Service.

White Glove Service: Furniture is delivered by appointment, unpacked in your room of choice. Packaging materials are removed.

Process: The carrier will contact the customer to schedule a delivery appointment.

Preparation: Clients are expected to have the space cleared and pathways measured for a smooth installation.

Damage: Customers should report damage immediately. It is recommended to keep original packaging if a return is considered. In this case, we will work with you to process the refund or a replacement chair.

For all items purchased in our store, shipping is calculated at checkout.

Standard order processing for in-store purchases is generally 6 to 10 weeks, with the exception of custom-made chairs.
